So apparently the homeless guy with the radio voice is, like, a celebrity?  I realized this while catching an unfortunate glimpse of “The Insider” on a friend’s TV.  Friend says:  ”He’s on this show every day.  They must want him to do drugs again because it would be a good story.”   I’m on CNN’s website tonight and SURPRISE see another story...
